Stephen is our Managing Partner and co-founder of Alysian. He brings over two decades of experience in strategic leadership of professional services organisations and  client programs. 

With work experience gained in more than 10 countries and leading organisations such as McKinsey and Company, Huawei Technologies and CGI, Stephen’s areas of expertise include advising investors and on separations, carve-outs and digital transformations across the Private Equity, Consumer Packaged Goods and Telecommunications and Media sectors.

In parallel to delivering impact for our clients, Stephen also drives the vision, strategy and operations of Alysian, managing a diverse team across multiple continents.

Outside of Alysian, Stephen is an active angel investor and advisor for Enterprise SaaS startups in Europe focused on leveraging cloud, AI, IoT and Big Data.
