With deep expertise in post-merger integration, platform scaling, and data-driven value enhancement, he has successfully led initiatives across five continents.

Prior to joining Alysian, Pieke served as Director in the Value Creation team at IK Partners, where he steered digital transformation and value realization across portfolio companies in EdTech, HealthTech, SaaS, and IT Services. He also held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, IBM, and Accenture, delivering large-scale modernization programs, digital strategies, and cloud initiatives for clients in logistics, supply chain, technology, and industrial sectors.
