Onur is a Principal at Alysian with extensive experience in technology transformations and all stages of transactions, from tech due diligence to post-merger integration. He has expertise in carve-outs, sign-to-close, value creation, AI assessments and implementations, as well as cloud transformations.

Prior to joining Alysian, Onur was a Principal in the value creation team at Motive Partners, a fintech-focused private equity firm. Before that, he served as a Senior Manager, advising large corporations and private equity firms throughout their transaction journeys.
