With over 25 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise IT transformation, he has played a pivotal role in delivering high-impact, large-scale programs across sectors such as Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT), IT Services, Finance & Accounting, Insurance, Consumer Goods, and Energy.

Before joining Alysian, Nitesh spent more than 16 years at top-tier consulting firms, including Big Four and MBB organizations, where he led initiatives in IT Strategy & Operations, Cloud Transformation, IT M&A, Data Security, and Service Delivery Excellence. He has successfully overseen global IT transitions, including the establishment of large-scale offshore and nearshore delivery centres, and is known for building and mentoring high-performing teams that consistently exceed client expectations.

Nitesh is passionate about aligning infrastructure strategies with business goals and is a recognized technology evangelist. His thought leadership on AI Ops has been published in CIO&Leader Magazine, and he was honoured as one of India’s Top 100 Emerging CIOs by ITNext100.
