Matthias is an Associate Partner at Alysian with a strong track record of guiding investors and C-level executives through complex, high-impact transformations. He supports clients across the full investment lifecycle – from due diligence to post-acquisition value creation and exit readiness.

With a solid background in ICT, enterprise IT, and architecture, Matthias has led numerous digital transformation initiatives across Europe and the Middle East. His experience spans billion-euro sourcing deals, strategic AI and digital deliveries, IT modernisation efforts, and enterprise-wide cost optimisation.

Before joining Alysian, Matthias spent seven years at BCG Technology Advantage, where he was a core member of the TMT leadership teams in the DACH region. He also held roles in BIG5 consulting firms and the telecommunications industry, giving him a broad and pragmatic perspective on technology-driven value creation in various sectors.
