Lynda Beddadi is a Principal at Alysian with 26 years of both operational and consulting experience. She works closely with operating partners, C-suite leaders, and digital transformation leaders to identify and quantify initiatives and develop value creation plan supporting a profitable growth.

She also supports designing and delivering an efficient and effective Technology, AI and Data Operating Model enabling portfolio companies to become a data-driven, client-centric, agile and resilient organisation.

Before joining Alysian, Lynda worked for AlixPartners on digital transformation, transaction advisory and turnaround for private equity and portfolio companies leveraging her past in consulting (Deloitte, CGI, Atos). She was also Chief Transformation Officer for a French insurance company, Total, Societe Generale and a Digital manager for a Kuwaiti telecom group.
