Lukasz is a Partner and co-founder of Alysian, bringing a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in driving digital transformations and delivering impactful results. With a focus on digital value assurance, CIO/CTO advisory, business integration, and delivery, Lukasz is committed to guiding organisations towards sustainable growth and success.

Lukasz excels in program design and management, PMO setup, control tower implementation, and technology/IT deployment. He ensures that projects are aligned with strategic objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.

Prior to his role at Alysian, Lukasz held various leadership positions in telecommunications companies such as Huawei Technologies and T-Mobile Polska (Deutsche Telekom), where he successfully led transformative projects and drove business growth. It was also here that he built deep technical expertise in digital BSS/OSS, network separation, supply chain management transformation and ERP (including S/4).

Outside of the office, you can find Lukasz outdoors – climbing Mont Blanc, skiing in the alps or hiking Europe’s great walks.
