Lou Brothers is a Partner at Alysian with a strong focus on technology transformation and transaction advisory for private equity and portfolio companies. He works closely with operating partners, C-suite leaders, and digital transformation leaders to design and deliver on business transformation. Experienced in carve-outs, post-merger integration, diligence, and value creation, he also supports target operating model change, cost-takeout, and business technology strategy efforts.

Before joining Alysian Lou built and led the IT and Cyber diligence team at RSM, led the New York Mergers and Acquisitions practice at West Monroe, and advised on acquisitions and divestitures for large corporates at Mazars.
