With over two decades of experience spanning various leadership roles in telecommunications, finance, and consulting for leading organisations such as McKinsey and Company, Vodafone, Magyar Telecom and T-Mobile, Gabor brings a wealth of expertise to these roles and Alysian.
Gabor focuses on driving impactful digital transformations such as digital BSS / OSS and optimising long-term IT and managed service contracts. He has been instrumental in helping clients navigate complex procurement landscapes and unlock substantial savings – all while improving operations.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Gabor loves to build new things (teams, organizations, processes and systems) in an innovative way and has served on the boards of several organisations, including Ultinous and IQSYS, where he provided strategic guidance and leadership.
