He has extensive experience leading cost-reduction initiatives, IT carve-outs, governance design, and data-driven strategy development.

Before joining Alysian, Christian held roles from consultant to project leader at BCG, where he led mission-critical programs including IT due diligence, digital modernization, and agile team deployments. He has also worked as a project manager at a major American automotive OEM, where he gained early experience in complex engineering-driven transformation initiatives.
