His expertise spans large-scale business transformation, Global Capability Center (GCC) setup and scale-up, and enterprise digital enablement.

Before joining Alysian, Arpit was an Expert at McKinsey & Company, where he led multi-year initiatives in financial services focused on operational optimization, automation, and customer experience enhancement. He also designed and launched an operations support subsidiary for a major Indian public sector bank, delivering over INR 500 crore in value within the first year.
