He brings deep expertise in operating model design and global capability centres for multinationals and PE-backed firms.

Before Alysian, Ishwar held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Avaya, and Wipro. He is passionate about developing capabilities and shaping the future of customer and digital operations. Ishwar holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from ICFAI University, Dehradun.
