Sarvagya is an Expert at Alysian, specializing in IT M&A projects. He brings 10 years of core consulting experience, including value creation for the IT function. He has extensive project delivery experience across the M&A lifecycle, including pre-deal due diligence, carve-out planning, post-deal integration, and value creation.

He has assisted PE and corporate clients across Europe, America, and Asia with the technology components of their M&A deals, from preparation to execution phases, as well as areas of technology improvement, such as IT strategy, governance, sourcing, cost optimization, and transformation. He brings a wealth of experience across sectors, such as TMT, including his recent stint in the UK for two years prior to joining Alysian.

Sarvagya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from one of India’s top universities, Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Pilani.
